What a great depiction of a dogwalk by the river - you have included so much information with just a few lines and the dogs have loads of character. The desaturated colour-palette works well too.

The medium for the desaturated colour used is Neocolor II water-soluble wax oil pastels.

I love the use of the wash of colour and simple line drawing to create an impression of the subjects as well as a sense of movement.

I love the loose style and especially the three dogs chasing each other in the middle of the image.
