Actually I had something completely different in mind (something "christmassy" with the red truck) , but when I worked on it I saw that the random shape from the fuchsia drawing was somehow fitting to that car and so I re-used it here. Right now we have a huge discussion about air quality in cities and driving bans for diesel autos so I somehow ended up with this illustration. Since I am a newbie to Photoshop I am super happy that it all worked out nicely with painting the coloured shapes seperately and then inserting all in PS. It is a first step.
A good first step indeed, Tina. And I'm a huge fan of cleaner air in cities, so right on about that. I like your exhaust cloud, very dirty and deadly looking.
Perhaps an exaggeration of typical fumes, but you do see examples like that now and then, and art that intends to change minds or lead to action, exaggeration is often employed.
But I also like the vehicle on its own - you could definitely have used it as a christmas greeting (without the pollution). Could be a Christmas tree in it, or a big present... Or just the truck, but maybe it needs a driver?
Do keep up your efforts! Next step?
Thanks again, Tutor Bill, for your time and suggestions. Hihi...yes, the Christmas edition of the red vehicle will of course be a pollution free E-car! Next step: For the moment I am still working on "Create Christmas" and applying the techniques that I´ve learned here.
