Quite fascinating graphically.
Perhaps a tad disturbing when one notices the fur pattern on the head is the same as the mini 'floor tiles.' You could say, nothing wrong with having something disturbing in an illustration, but that kind of drew my attention to the floor - away from the cat's face, which I didn't want to leave till distracted that way.
Re the cat's intense eyes, possibly you could try moving the pupils to the left a tad, so it would be looking at the viewer. That would change the dynamic: cat >me (the viewer) vs cat > looking at what?
Overall an excellent exploration and you've achieved a most intense cat with adroitly minimal ink and marks.
