Kitchen madness with some color

Love the authenticity. Colour combination screams kitchen. Also really like the background, how did you manage to create the sort of bubbled textured look? Looks great.

in answer to jill, from the photoshop standpoint you can add background any time. it just needs to be below the other layers in the layers pallet. as far as designing, perhaps having it there at the start is easier, and i know jason already had it in his black and white version.
jason, beautifully rendered! but you forgot to delete the white in the hole in the cleaver. : )
