This guy is great, as he goes through his day.
But I saw these first presented as 3 separate images, so I know that's what's going on.
I think if I were new to what you've shown, I'd be confused, because they looked at first glance to me like three people at their work place - as though they're in the same room.
I think this is a case where making each a separate snap-shot would clarify that this is one guy going through his day - which is a wonderfully funny idea. You could get the clarity that these are 3 separate glimpses of him by using a border around each drawing, or putting them all on a different coloured background.
Also I wouldn't line them up like this - looks too much like one place, not three.
That said, the character himself is perfect for the roles he's going through during his soooo uneventful day - so mundane and routine that he doesn't even have to reposition his body!
The watercolour (or ink?) washes are excellent, and I love the contrast between his bare chest (good shading there) and the white shirt! Nice line drawings, too!
thanks, Bill! I used water colours for this illustration. I hear what you're saying about the character looking like he is in the same room - my intention with the different window's/different times of day was to reflect that it is a sequence and not the same room. I'll have a think about what i can do to make that more prominent. Thanks for the feedback!
I really like this!! The character is great and I like how his expression change during the day. The detail of the different windows to locate the character is very nice. I also like how you choose colors (mostly primary colors I think) and how you them in the space, it looks balanced.
